Our background as end users of network equipment gives us an insight into what can be a incredibly complicated process given the numbers of parties involved. Systems architects, network engineers, business elements, accountants, pre-sales advisors, salespeople all somehow get involved in the procurement of IT hardware. We aren't a boiler-room outfit armed with a phone system and a contact list, we don't cold call.
